IWC
Pilot's Watch Chronograph
R.IW378003

Ø 43.00 mm

Description

Since 1994, chronographs have been an essential part of IWC Schaffhausen’s Pilot’s Watches collection, and this model continues the legacy with a perfect balance of functionality, robustness, and timeless elegance.

Encased in a 43 mm stainless steel case, the IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph IW378003 features a deep blue dial with rhodium-plated hands and bold Arabic numerals, ensuring maximum readability. The triangle index at 12 o’clock echoes the design of classic cockpit instruments, offering an intuitive and easy-to-read display. Luminescent elements on the hands and markers ensure clear visibility even in low-light conditions.

At the heart of this timepiece beats the IWC-manufactured 69385 caliber, a highly precise and durable column-wheel chronograph movement capable of measuring stop and aggregate times of up to 12 hours. The hours counter is positioned at 9 o’clock, while the minutes counter sits at 12 o’clock. The small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock features a distinctive red hand, adding a touch of contrast to the dial. The self-winding movement offers an impressive 46-hour power reserve and can be admired through the transparent sapphire glass case back.

With water resistance up to 10 bar, this pilot’s chronograph is built for adventure. It comes with a blue calfskin leather strap with a pin buckle, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. The watch also features IWC’s EasX-CHANGE® system, allowing for quick and tool-free strap changes to adapt to any occasion.
